March 24 | Mindful Eating - A Food Meditation

We are encouraged to consciously choose to consume foods that nourish our bodies. We have all been made aware of this simple fact time and time again. Our choices fluctuate. We choose to give ourselves freedoms at certain times and at others, we are more mindful.

What if you took several minutes versus a few seconds to enjoy that piece of sweet fruit you love so dearly? What if you began to truly notice what you were allowing to enter your body? This workshop is designed to help you engage each of your senses as you nourish your body, guiding you to eat more mindfully.
