June 2 | Yoga, Ayurveda & Nature Retreat | Corona Del Mar, CA
$275.00

(Duration: Approx. 11 Hours)

Description:

Retreat for the day in a private yoga studio. Nourish your body with Ayurvedic meals, and ground yourself in nature.

Our day retreat begins at a private studio in Corona Del Mar, California. Settling in, we will spend time getting acquainted with each other before beginning our hour and a half long asana (posture/pose) practice. A private Ayurvedic chef will prepare the nourishment for our bodies before we journey on our hike together. Returning to the studio in silence, you will be guided through a 45 minute meditation prior to our Ayurvedic dinner.

Our day retreats are an intimate community experience. Space is limited to 6 people.
